Apparently it was locked network I wasn't told that so it didn't work for my aassurance wireless company why i have to have to send the phone back this is a this is a nightmare it can't just be unlocked right it's on T mobile phone I've told any T mobile phone would work for assurance wirless apparently not It's not right it's not fair it's one thing after another it's not fair Ridiculous The phone is awesome but now i have to send it back now 'cause it's pointless

This phone doesn't even connect to my home internet and I can't even connect it to T-Mobile like it says I'm supposed to be able to. I wouldn't recommend this cell to ANYONE. It's nothing but a hassle and disappointment! DON'T BUY IT FOR ANYONE U CARE ABOUT!

when I got the phones I put my sim card in got everything transferred and the phone was locked they didn't even bother unlocking the phones so couldn't even it use it

The phone is functional. But it's very slow. I don't know how much of that is a google problem and how much of that is a phone problem though. But for $30, at least I have a phone that makes calls and texts.

I am very pleased with this phone. First I thought that the only way to get a new phone was to buy it from the MetroPcs store and pay like 150$ but I got this phone for 50$ and it was brand new and it's 2026 model. I'm happy with this product.

purchased this phone, took it to the store, the guy there told me he was not able to help me, since I bought it online; besides he was from a third party company I had to go to a metropcs store. Big disapointment, will be returning the phone!!! b
