My freedom has returned! I was so pleased with my scooter. It came with a charged battery so I could ride as soon as I got it assembled (needed help with assembly and instruction book was unclear and pictures not clear or very illustrative). Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Enjoy yours too!
Great mobility scooter for getting around. it works great on sidewalks, dirt %26 up %26 down hills. a couple of problems, charge is not long enough, but in fairness, i take this scooter probably places i shouldn't but shows the durability. ive done numerous additions, cup, cellphone, cane holders %26 a trunk.
It's GREAT!!! I PURCHASED IT AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MYSELF, CAUSE I HAVE BAD LEGS. I LIVE IN THE COUNTRY AND THE MAIL BOX IS ABOUT 100 YARDS. WELL MY SISTER WHO IS OLDER THAN ME, HURT HER LEG, SO I LET HER USE IT, NOW SHE LOVES IT. LOOKS LIKE I GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE FOR ME. THANKS IT'S A GREAT SCOOTER. I RECOMMEND IT, WE OLD FOLKS NEED A COOL RIDE AND LET THE WIND GO THROUGH OUR HAIR. (whatever hair we have left.)
Great scooter with excellent range. Haven't been able to ride it long enough to drain the battery half way. Excellent product, the light is a nice feature. It can tip over, so I tend to use it on a lower speed setting. It helps to have 2 people to assemble and can be done in 15 minutes or less. Easy.
Battery and performance are above expectations. The only negative is the turning radius - sometimes you have to go backwards and forwards a couple of times to make a turn.
very happy with this scooter. quality and value for the price. runs well. battery life is good. baskets are helpful.
This scooter is exactly what i was looking for. it is fast enough for me to go with my wife while she rides her bicycle, or slow enough when she prefers to walk.
Customer service was very helpful with my little problem of a little part that was bent when the chair was delivered(a bolt), they replaced it right away without a problem. They were very friendly and stayed in touch with me until I received yhe new piece. Definitely 5 star review frim this happy Customer
I love it I always get compliments on it when I ride it. it fits in the trunk of my car or the back seat it breaks down easily for transport, and I can reassemble it by myself.... I use it to shop in Walmart and it's faster than the ones they have in store.. I will definitely purchase again
After a very short time of use, the scooter stopped working. I've made several attempts to work with Ecombi to resolve the issue work no cooperation or assistance. Customer service is extremely poor. I'm disabled and now have no way of getting around.
