Great!
It is great rice flour. I use sweet rice flour to make waffles, which my family loves. This rice flour helps me bake healthy waffles while it adds extra chewy texture. I also use this flour for my other baking. I also use this product when baking sweet potato brownies and making breading for fried beef. It never disappoints me.

Very good quality sweet rice flour. Unlike mochikko powder, this sweet flour has more natural sweet taste. My mochi muffin turned out soft and good amount of sticky texture I desired.

This rice is NOT gluten-free!!! The bag states it is processed in the same facility as wheat.
