I was looking forward to trying this product in my baked goods, like coconut oatmeal cookies, but unfortunately my oven gave up the ghost and is in the process of being replaced. So for now I have only used this extract to make an excellent coconut latte and some coconut flavored whipped cream. A small amount was all that was needed to give me the flavor I was looking for. I'm still excited to see how this works in baked goods! I expect it to perform just as well. If you like adding almond extract as an alternative to vanilla when preparing food, I recommend trying this coconut extract for even more variety.

I am a huge coconut lover so im so happy i received this. i made a chocolate coconut cake and this was the perfect little addition to it. a little goes a long way. i was a little nervous bc it smelt like malibu liquor but definitely didnt taste like it

This McCormick coconut extract smells amazing. A little goes a long way-I used just half a teaspoon in my iced coffee and it was delicious. It added a perfect coconut flavor without being overpowering. I can't wait to start baking with it. Highly recommend to family and friends!

I was able to try out McCormick's Coconut Extract and I'm impressed! I wasn't sure exactly how I'd use it, but I LOVE that there are ideas shown on the back! I put a few drops in my coffee - amazing~! And I also put a little bit into some cookie dough - also delicious! I had no clue such a teeny bottle of something could have so much flavor. Very impressed, and definitely something I'll keep experimenting with it!

I really like this extract! I've never used coconut extract and decided to use it while making a chai tea since I use coconut milk. It made the flavors pop and it was so good! Next time I'm gonna use it to make a cake! I only did 4 stores because I'd like to see how it shows up in cookies and cakes
