The Best fried chicken!
Through a series of events, I was asked how my Mom's family made fried chicken. For years, I'd not given it a thought. While thinking about it, it came to me, it was cracker meal!! The seasoned flour (my add in), egg wash and then, the BEST part, CRACKER MEAL! The frying time is visible by the color. It truly is the best. I don't know how I got away from it, I won't again. It had to be mailed to me, however, it was worth the wait. Try it, it's great for fish too! Enjoy!!

Cracker Meal is an increasingly difficult product to find. Appreciate Walmart making it available as it was a staple in our home growing up for making fried chicken coating.

I would buy this product again.
Love Cracker Meal. My mother used it all the time but I couldn't find the product in the grocery store. It makes great fried chicken and fried haddock taste the best!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love the product, hate the delivery
Cracker Meal is so hard to find in the store , and it is an absolute must when breading shrimp. I ordered more than one box and the boxes were just thrown into the shipping box. So the cracker meal arrived bent and mushed.

70+ Years My Family's Standard!
From the time I was a little girl, my grannies/aunts/mama/daddy always used cracker meal to coat fish for frying; nothing has changed…tonight's catfish was soaked in buttermilk and coated with cracker meal. Thank you for a wonderful product!
