This is a really high end design packaging for gourmet celery salt. It fits well in my hand even when I'm covered hands deep in soup and sauce! The right amount is released with ease, and it's the ultimate combo of flavor and salt for all of my recipes!

I was given the opportunity to try this McCormicks celery salt. It was truly delicious. 've been throwing it on eggs, chicken, along with different soups, and it just makes everything taste better without me having to think about it. McCormick kindly gave me this [product] for free so that I could review it. Now, I am not a lover of celery, between the weird stringiness and odd crunch, it just is not my thing. Admittedly, I wasn't too enthusiastic when I was chosen to review celery salt, but I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised and impressed! I decided to use the product in my usual tuna salad recipe in the place of salt and it was delicious! So delicious that my husband, who tolerates tuna at best, asked to have it packed in his lunch for work.

The bottle itself is attractive, if this is the new McCormick branding, your designer did well. I am of Amish descent so we use quite a bit of Celery Seed. I have never seen or used Celery Salt, but that could have been blinders - get what you need then get out. The first thing is it's a good balance of seed to salt. I also have not used a ground Celery Seed product, great, surprisingly great. I made Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw, French Fries. Crusted Baby Potatoes and subbed this for the whole seed. The seed oil seems to coat the salt and it enhances both, no seeds in your teeth as well.
