It has a citrusy taste and I browned them in a pan the grinder them in the coffee grinder. I poured over plain popcorn and added a little lime juice . It was excellent. I would buy this product. From the time that I opened up the bottle, the aroma of the coriander seeds lets me know that these seeds were fresh. I used the coriander seeds in different recipes specifically my homemade pickles. They were divine in my pickles which I ended up eating up much quicker than usual. I also used in when making my beans. There is a significant difference in the flavor of using the organic coriander seeds than using ground coriander. I would definitely recommend buying this and grinding it yourself, you will not regret it.

Boy was I wrong! I didn't expect much with this Coriander Seed. I thought it was just going to be like any other. But, the quality is amazing! When they say "Gourmet" they mean it!. It definitely stood out from the previous ones I have used. I had to actually cut back on the usual amount I used to use, because It packed so much more flavor!

There are so many health benefits to coriander and not only is it a healthy addition to many different meals, but it also tastes great. It isn't overwhelming and it doesn't overpower the taste of the meals. It isn't overly spicy or tangy either. Plus, it blends nicely into the meals while cooking. I definitely recommend it to others and I'm so happy I could try it.

We added this to our veggie stir fry, such a nice delicious additional level of flavor that we enjoyed. The only drawback was the seeds are too large and have a bitter taste if cracked open when consuming the meal We will continue to use this as a flavor,maybe in a removable packet next time. The flavor is worth the extra effort.
