I was super excited to receive the full size sample since I had never bought one from the store and had really wanted to try one. I had tried Herbes De Provence years ago and remember that I really loved the flavor. When I received this I looked up what I could use the spice on and decided to try it on Pork Chops. I really like the smell as I applied the spice. After cooking in the over the taste of the spice was very subtle and not much too it. I enjoyed it but wished it had more flavor. The second dish I tried it on was Sea Bass it gave a wonderful spring taste to the fish and was very light to eat. I will continue to use this product and look forward to using this on roasted potatoes and carrots. If you want a nice light herbal spice I would recommend this product and it you want a little stronger taste make sure to apply more. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to family and friends.
