McCormick Gourmet Organic Oregano Leaves, 0.5 oz Bottle

I received this item free of cost, in exchange for my honest review. I had to think of the best way to really test out the quality of this dried oregano. Something that would showcase it. I've used it several times in small amounts, but twice as a test. Once in making Greek dressing and once in making vodka sauce (my recipe requires quite a lot). These leaves are fresh and flavorful. Would absolutely purchase again!

I now have a favorite Oregano! It's truly magnificent. From the very first whiff of the open jar I knew this seasoning was different. It has a bold, fresh Oregano smell. Adding it to my pasta sauce was the icing on the cake. It truly made it taste top notch!

I was very surprised how fresh this Oregano smelled and tasted. I grow my own herbs, but by the end of winter, I run out of my stash. This was just what I needed on homemade pizza night! Now I want to try their other herbs and spices to see if theyare as good as this one.

I'm a fan now and will look into other McCormick Gourmet line of spices and herbs.

I am very impressed with this Oregano. I like that it is organic and that they use glass containers versus plastic. The oregano smelled so aromatic and fresh as soon as I opened it. The taste in pasta sauce was very flavorful. I would definitely buy this again.

As far as this version, who knew orgsnic dried leaves could bring such joy? McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Oregano Leaves are proof that sometimes life's little upgrades come in glass jars. I've sprinkled this on chicken, tossed it into pasta sauce, and honestly—it makes me feel like I know what I'm doing in the kitchen (even when I don't). The aroma is fresh, the flavor is full, and it actually tastes like oregano instead of mystery dust. It's not changing the world, but it does make dinner taste like I tried a little harder. I'd absolutely buy it again—after all, we can't all be curing cancer, but we can make a mean marinara.

I was happy to get the opportunity to test and implement the McCormick Gourmet Organic Oregano Leaves into some of my favorite recipes. I use Oregano quite a lot in my recipes and this brand is always a winner. I've used other spices within the same Gourmet Organic line by McCormick, and I keep going back for more. The Oregano itself was rich in color and flavor and I could certainly tell the difference from just an ordinary store brand option. The Gourmet spice line also come in nice glass jars that can be repurposed too. Going forward, I will be sticking to this brand because of the reliable quality and great price point.
