I'm already a massive fan of the classic Montreal blend, so I was incredibly excited to try this spicy twist. It gives you that same robust, savory garlic and coarse pepper base you love, but with a punchy, warm heat that really elevates the flavor without totally stinging your tongue. The coarse texture is perfect for building a great, craveable crust on steaks and thick burgers on the grill. I also love adding this to roasted potatoes to add a great taste and texture. The main difference I noticed was the red pepper flakes and you can really smell them. I feel like you really have to be in the mood for this since it's a very strong flavor. Sometimes I prefer to taste the actual meat so may decide to mix this one to one with the plain version.
