Good but spicy
I liked this seasoning but not as much as others. It is sweet and spicy and a tad salty. I like Korean food but am not an expert so not able to speak to authentic gochugaru style. I haven't tried it on anything yet but the flavor profile may go well on grilled chicken. My husband and son said it is good but I am not sure I will buy it again unless it wows my socks off after we try it on something. I love cooking and experimenting with new seasonings so I always pick up anything new that piques my curiosity. It is worth trying if sweet and spicy is what you are seeking.
