Dip alum in each stem then put in vase with water. Hydrangeas wil last longer.

Kroger brand alum
My grandmother used alum for ulcers in her mouth. When wearing braces I developed ulcers where them rubbing against places caused ulcers in my mouth all over. She told me to put 1 tbls. alum into a half glass of water and swish it around in my mouth for a few minutes. and myu ulcers would be gone by morning. I can tell you for sure that it COMPLETELY DRIED OUT MY MOUTH!!!! It was an awful feeling and you PUCKERED FOR A LONG TIME, A VERY LONG TIME!!! She told me not to drink anything before I went to bed (use it before going to bed) because it would lose it affects. When I got up the next morning to my surprise, IT WORKED!!!!!!!! ALL OF MY ULCER S WERE GONE!!! EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM WERE GONE!!!! I am writing this because now at age 60 my dentures cause many ulcers where they rub against the bottom of my mouth and it gets to the point where one grain of anything; salt, grain of cornbread, ground pepper, gets under your bottom plate or upper plate that you are in terrible pain from it! This is the only thing that I have found that actually works and I have had many of them since I have now had dentures since I have had dentures for many, many years. So, here is a cure for ulcers in the mouth .

Used for a Science Fair Project
My 10yr old son had used it for his science fair project. He was growing crystals on egg shells. Big crystals grew on the eggshells. So he was very happy.

It worked I think, but only realized now like a month after I bought it, that I had expired a month before. Bought it on march, it expired in February
