I received this McCormick Dill Weed as a free sample to try, and I'm so glad I did. Right when you open it, you get that bright, fresh dill aroma - lemony and grassy, not dusty at all. The cut is really fine and feathery, no hard stems, so it blends perfectly into dips and sauces.

I've been really happy with this dill weed. It has a nice flavor and makes it easy to add a little extra seasoning to recipes without having to chop fresh dill. The container is also a good size and easy to keep in the spice cabinet. Definitely a good staple to have on hand.

I recently tried this McCormick Dill Weed I received as a sample instead of the store brand I typically buy, and it did not disappoint! It is slightly more potent and the flavor comes through more so than what Ive used previously. This time I added it into a deviled egg pasta salad, and when I tell you this made the dish, it already has my husband asking when I'll make it again. The flavor enhances the natural starch in the pasta and compliments the mixture of eggs, mayo, mustard, and other seasonings very well. Note: if you want a less punchy dill flavor, try a pinch and let your dish sit refrigerated for at least an hour to let the flavors blend and settle.

This dill weed actually smells super fresh right when you open it. We threw some into our hamburger mac and it honestly made a huge difference. It gives the food a really good flavor kick without being overpowering. Definitely a solid herb to keep around.
