McCormick Kosher Green Food Color, 1.0 fl oz Box

Bought this green food die product to put in beer for the holiday. This die worked great. I will purchase again when this small bottle runs out.

I was excited to receive this food coloring in exchange for a review. I decided to bake cookies with the food coloring thinking it would be a fun take on a classic chocolate chip. It was fun having my family guess if the flavor was anything but chocolate chip since the cookies were a vibrant green! I can't wait to experiment more with this product!

The color came out vivid & I did not need a lot of dye to great the vivid color. The bottle will last a decent amount of time. Beyond food, we also used the food coloring for experiments and crafts. I love the versatility of it. As with any food coloring, just be careful with handling since it can stain. I would recommend the McCormick® Green Food Color.

McCormick Green Food Color has a very rich green color so that you only need to use very little when baking or cooking. However, the hole in top is large and I had absolutely no control on the drops I put in when I was baking. I ended up using a lot because the hole is so big. That's really the only thing I didn't like about this product. The color is extremely vibrant and thick, it doesn't affect the taste of anything your cooking or baking, and when I got it on my hands it came off and didn't stain them.
