Corn beef
If you are making corn beef, add a tablespoon of this and some clothes and garlic to your boiling water. Best corn beef you'll ever eat.

perfect blend of flavors for corned beef
Can't say I have had better corned beef by any Irishman or pub. So I stick to this recipe using the McCormick pickling spice now even when I make my Reuben sliders in the summer from left over frozen extra corned beef I purchased in March.

Poorly designed package
I can't recommend this product because McCormick has changed its packaging making it difficult to use its products.
