This peppermint extract from McCormick is a very dependable and quality option for baking and flavoring. I love using this extract in everything from holiday baking to ice cream to mix up flavors. The ingredients are simple and common. This is a fairly small bottle, but is appropriately sized for an extract that you don't need to use much of to do the job. The flip top makes it easy for pouring and measuring quickly and provides a tight seal for storage. Also, there are a few helpful recipes on the box to get you started. Highly recommend!

I trust the McCormick brand, so even before I used this, I was confident it was going to be good. I wasn't disappointed. The strength and quality of this extract was top notch. A little goes a long way, and the flavor is excellent. I am looking forward to using this product more, especially as the holiday season gets closer and peppermint flavored treats get popular again. I would definitely recommend this extract and any extract by this brand.

I am a huge fan of the peppermint white hot chocolate, especially when it hits winter time. However, because the price of one adds up, it has taken a toll on my wallet. So, when I got the opportunity to try this peppermint extract for free in exchange for a review, I jumped at it. For the past couple of weeks I've made some hot chocolate and added just a drop of the extract (literally all you need because it's so strong) and it is fantastic. I don't know why I didn't think of just buying extract before?? I'm excited to see what else I can do with it when it comes wintertime!!

Such a staple for me!! I like to use actual extract without additives or fillers. That's exactly what McCormick does with this line. The peppermint flavor of this is smooth. I use it to flavor my coffee when I'm craving something Christmasy, I use it to bake, I use it in drinks sometimes. Their extract is great. It's just as flavorful as it should be and I will always pick this over other things on the shelf, and I think that you should too!

Just a few drops of this took my peppermint hot chocolate brownies to the next level - rich clean peppermint flavor! It balances perfectly with the chocolate and is not overpowering. Because you only need a little the bottle will last through all my holiday baking. Highly recommend for all my bakers out there as we head to the holiday season!

I love this peppermint extract. I made this banana chocolate mint bread (not sure why the picture looks yellow lol) and it turned out delicious. The extract doesn't taste fake at all and a little goes a long way. Also added to hot chocolate and it was so yummy

I grew up seeing McCormick products in the kitchen because both my Mom and my Gram used them, and now I find myself reaching for the same familiar brand in my own kitchen. There's something comforting about that, but more importantly, McCormick has earned my loyalty by being consistently good quality. I know what I'm getting when I buy their products, and that reliability is why I continue to choose them whenever I can. Their Pure Peppermint Extract was no exception. The peppermint flavor tastes clean and genuinely pure, and a VERY small amount goes a long way. We've tried generic versions in the past, and there is definitely a noticeable difference. We much prefer the flavor and quality of McCormick. We really liked this extract and will absolutely purchase it again. I'd happily recommend it to friends and family as well. McCormick has been a familiar and trusted brand in my family for generations, and I love that it's still a brand I can depend on today.

I received this product for free to tey and give an honest review. To be honest I'm not a huge peppermint fan, especially fake peppermint. I do like peppermint mint patties and thought I'd give it a whirl to use this product. It was definitely my fault, but a little goes a long way and has a strong flavor. Thankfully, it wasn't that fake taste and worked real well for the recipe I used online. I also used a drop or two in a little bit of Vaseline to use as chapstick and was the perfect amount and had a plumping effect. If you're not too much of a peppermint fan, I would recommend this product.
