I love the fresh smell of thyme leaves. It has amazing health benefits. It also tastes amazing. I did get this sample for free and I highly suggest everyone to buy it. You can use this for so many recipes. I've been using this to make my homemade breakfast sausage and so many more recipes.

These were so perfect in a Ham and 15 bean soup that I made for dinner. It added so much flavor and depth to the soup!! It was so delicious!! I also used these to make a roast chicken, I put them under the skin of the chicken with butter and chopped garlic!! This was such a flavorful way to make this!!

The aroma is so intact and fresh, it still feels really fragrant even after sitting in the pantry for months, which says a lot about its quality. I use it quite often in my cooking, especially with sweet potatoes, and it just elevates the flavor so beautifully. Before adding it to dishes, I usually crush it lightly between my fingers to release that earthy, herby aroma even more, and it actually makes such a difference. I used McCormick thyme while cooking my steaks for mother's day. The tyme brought out the flavor in the steaks even more. The thyme had a fresh flavor and did not taste stale or old. This is a great brand and product to provide flavorful taste to your meat.

This past weekend, my husband, Darrell, and I made Salmon Orzo Bowls for dinner. Fresh salmon filets, sliced cherry tomatoes, orzo,a little mozzarella,and a drizzle of basil oil. The only seasoning I used for the salmon was a sprinkling of salt, pepper and McCormick Thyme. Baked 325 for 35 minutes and oh my gosh it was delicious! The subtlety of the salt and pepper was intentional so as to not overpower thyme flavor. McCormick Thyme added just the right balance of flavors for a truly enjoyable dish! I've been using Thyme a lot since this came and it adds such a great flavor to everything. It's earthy, fresh, and works really well in soups, meats, potatoes, and pasta dishes. A little goes a long way, and it makes homemade meals taste so much better. Definitely one of the best seasonings to keep in the kitchen!

I have been on a broth/soup kick the last two weeks. I am admittedly taking a GLP-1 and find that normal ground seasonings repeat on me. I needed something to add to my broths to add flavor. This was the perfect addition of earthiness and freshness! It breaks down easy and is not noticeable like other spice blends I've tried. I find myself reaching for this now to jazz up and dish.
