As long as they don't have an expiration close by, these are great. When you open the container, you can literally smell the salary. Excellent for potato salad, shrimp, salad, anything that requires an umami ingredient

Nice kick to my chicken
Mccormick products are always top notch. This is no different. Use this in chicken or dishes to elevate the flavor. The container is the perfect size, it comes out a little heavy but still is good and not overbearing. Definitely will be using in my dishes from now on.

Flavorful
First off I love the ease of the new flip top lids. Super easy to open one handed while stirring with the other and tighter seal to hold the flavor in. The product its self was great and full of flavor bringing life to salad dressing and other recipes

Great Flavor Enhancer
Celery seeds are such an underrated spice! Add them to dishes where to want to round out the flavor without adding the crunch of celery. I sprinkle these on potato and egg salads, as well as crush them and add them to my Bloody Mary mixes. I prefer the more concentrated flavor of seeds over celery salt, and a little goes a long way so this container is going to last a while. I docked one star due to the packaging being a bit hard to open.

This celery seed doesn't look like any celery seed I've ever seen. It looks like it's been run thru a chopper! Very disappointing!
