very nice for specialties.
I flavor my liquid coffee creamer. It is hard to find unsweetened pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Now I can make my own. I add a drop to the coffee for a deeper flavor treat. Also great addition to any pumpkin spice item you cook. Smells wonderful so add a few drops to boiling water to scent the house before visitors arrive.
This is AMAZING in coffee. I love adding it to my iced coffee; you only need a very tiny bit. I've been drinking pumpkin spice coffees all year. I can't get enough, I bought 2 more. I haven't tried baking with it or anything else, so I have no opinion on that, but use it in your coffee, IT'S SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!
Great for baking or flavoring your coffee
All McCormick flavors are good
So perfect for any kind of homemade coffee creamer and super for breads and cakes!
I've purchased this before and it smelled and tasted great. All I'm getting is alcohol smell and flavor. No pumpkin spice at all. I really felt like I was drinking rubbing alcohol. How is everyone else getting such a great taste.
I was traveling and the local store didn't have any pumpkin pie spice and I didn't want to buy duplicates of what I already had in my own kitchen (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves), So I bought the extract. It might be good for drinks, but it was awful in the cheesecake. Luckily, I was able to doctor it a bit with maple syrup. Gave remaining to my 20 something daughter for use in making a drink.
There's something artificial tasting about this extract. I love the McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice so I thought the extract would be just as good. Unfortunately it was not the same flavor at all. Disappointing.
This product is not as good as the dry mixture of pumpkin pie spices for pies . I don't know about other applications such as use as flavoring for coffee etc.
