If you've ever had a sports injury-you know that the gear that the doctor has you wearing can be incredibly cumbersome and uncomfortable. This knee support pad was so comfortable, it was unbelievable. And it works! it isn't bulky to wear and the fabric is smooth and clean. Nothing itchy. Very happy with this product.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees. I usually wear an elastic compression sleeve on my left knee. This wrap supports better and feels better to wear. The foam buttresses on both sides of the knee make all the difference. The velcro closures are very strong and don't come apart, no matter how hard you pull them. It's better support than a sleeve and you can wear it all day.

Fits well and very supportive and comfortable. Having bad knees from age and injuries I always keep an assortment of knee related braces and supports around and McDavid is my preferred brand. This patella support is great on certain days, being comfortable yet supportive enough to elevate much of the pain on many occasions. You can feel that it is a quality product as soon as you open the box.

The support wrap is very easy to put on and adjust. The extra padding helps support, align and stabilize the knee even better. It's easy to walk in and do every day activities with minimal pain and discomfort. Without the support, down time from resting the knee is much longer. I do suggest going up a size as the fit is snugger than other types of knee straps.

This is incredible. My daughters knees were hurting her when she was done with basketball practice. With all the shortstops in the quick turns, her knees would just burn they would hurt so much. After she started using these knee supports, she does not feel the pain or burn anymore. They hold her knee, tight enough where it supports her knee, but not tight enough where her circulation is questioned. I highly recommend these for anyone who is doing an activity that could hurt your knee.

My wife has a knee that bothers her occasionally. Upon those occasions she puts on this support wrap and it does help! She has pretty big legs and the large/ extra large size fits her perfectly. We would definitely recommend this knee support to anyone needing a little help with one of their knees.

It seems to be helping my husband who has knee issues and who's on his feet a lot at work. I like that it has adjustable straps and is a large/extra-large in size, so it fits him comfortably. i have had knee issues for years and i am always looking for a new support brace to help ease the pain. this adjustable patella support wrap does help with the discomfort and pain i have with my knee, and it goes on and off very easily. it does run a little small so i suggest getting the next size up.

I bought this brace post lateral patella dislocation. By my knee measurement I would wear a small. I wanted an adjustable brace both around the knee and patella stabilizer. The box and ad state the buttress is adjustable; there is a right and left glued inside, you must rotate the entire brace to place the buttress where you need it. Due to other reviews I bought a L/XL and it was too small and did not stretch much so I had to rotate the brace to have lateral patella support. The left buttress isn't needed but would damage the brace if I remove it. The fabric on the internal buttresses give me a rash. I feel this brace it is good quality and a good buy if it fits you as is; but that is not very likely. I've since purchased another McDavid brace, the 419 also L/XL; this one fit, the buttresses are moveable and removable, the fabric is different and it had more stretch. I have to wear the brace upside down due to a design flaw but no big deal; I'm very happy with this one. Give it a try if the reviewed brace didn't work for you.
