Perfect Item for Low Back Pain
The True Ice Back Wrap helps me ice my back in an easy-to-use way. When icing my back previously or trying to help my dad ice his back, I would have to try to sit in the perfect position to make sure the ice hit directly on the spot that need it. This wrap allows me to more easily target the spot of pain and keep that spot iced for a longer period of time. With the protective layer, my skin is not directly hit by the ice and allows for a protection layer.

Oh, my aching ...
In my "indestructible" youth I threw out my back twice (working on scuba diving boats and lifting). I've since built up my back muscles — the only surefire prevention — but I still need to be careful. So I use the wrap to cool down after lifting sessions ... oh, and after tossing around firewood this fall. Tip: Used crushed ice, not cubes, in the ice pack.

Chill Pill for the Back
This one is my favorite. I've got a bulging/ herniated disk between L4/L5 (join the club). After a strenuous workout on the basketball court my back is so stiff I can't stand up straight. The wide opening and leak proof pouch fills easily with ice and stays put within the Wrap to deliver ‘20 minutes on' Ice Therapy every time.

Great way to ice your back
Simple design, easy to strap around your waste, well construction. Just need to a remember to put an empty ice bag into the wrap before you fill the ice bag with ice. Very effective way of icing your back
