McDavid True Ice Therapy Elbow/Wrist Wrap OSFM BLACK

I need to ice my elbow after tennis a few times a week. I'm happy to say this pack is a convenient way to strap an ice pack to your elbow. I previously used gel packs but those don't get cold enough or last long enough. This keeps the area cold for over 40 minutes. It does take maybe 10 minutes to start feeling it. Maybe thats because the cold is transmitted better if there is some water from melted ice. It's not going to be as cold as just putting a plastic bag of ice directly on arm. FIT: It seems the whole strap is made of velco like material so there are alot of ways to get it fitted. I am medium build tall male for reference. Material and construction seem acceptable. No sign of leakage after 10 uses. No shipping problems. Came with return label.

I love my True Ice Therapy Elbow/ Wrist Wrap. Filling the receptacle with ice is easy with the large opening and seals perfectly even when upside down. The flexible and breathable wrap is extremely adjustable providing successful relief in many applications. Velcro straps help keep the Wrap in place while the Ice Therapy is delivered. It can of course be used in conjunction with Ice Therapy Shoulder and Back Wrap, or simply relocate the Elbow/ Wrist wrap to the next area that needs it, as it fits all up and down most arms.

I bought the shoulder version of this wrap years ago. The ice packs may look a bit "Robocop," but they work really well with crushed ice, providing deep relief for bruises, sprains, etc. My issue of late is repetitive motion soreness from putting up firewood for winter. The wrap knocks down the inevitable swelling in this "old man's" elbow.

As an athlete this wrap is so practical for icing without having the traditional bag of ice and having to stay if the same spot so it doesnt fall off. This makes it easy to ice and go about your day

WOW. through my sports i been in so much pain this completely saved me and it works so well never fell of and i recommend to everyone.

Can't say more about this Elbow/Wrist Wrap,.For sports or for the long drive home after.True Ice Therapy gets to the point with relief in no time!.

Product concept is a great idea. However, the cap leaks all the time, so it drips all over the place.
