I'm 6 ft 230 lbs. not a powerlifter build nor lineman. This this fits great and is comfortable. I can get it on good enough by myself, with help fits perfectly. Not for massive people. Comes with 2 ice packs

This is an effective pain reliever for my shoulder issue. I've got a blown out shoulder from over use and when I've got pain all over, the Ice Therapy Shoulder Wrap is my go to. With two leakproof (even when upside down) wide mouth pouches to easily fill with ice (crushed if you've got it) and secure on each side of the wrap to hit front and back simultaneously. This wrap is so flexible in application, I am also treating a strained groin (front and back!) with it. Put the leaky bags of ice and plastic wrap away, and pick up a True Ice Therapy Shoulder Wrap today.

This wrap uses real ice so there's no need to wait for a gel pack to freeze. It holds the cold ice exactly where it's needed without the awkwardness of a wrapped bandage that slips and moves. Bonus that you can put it on yourself without help!

Never get to ice my shoulder because the ice would slide off but this made it 10x easier to ice

didn't fall of and is super comfortable and definitely gets the job done.

I got this last weekend to ice my shoulder from tennis. (My right shoulder gets sore from serving). I like that you can put on quickly but sometimes the Velcro strap comes apart. The ice bags fit easily and snugly in the strap. The ice bags are a little stiff.

I have mixed feelings on this product. Once I got the ice in the bags, the bags in the wrap, and the wrapping place over my shoulder, it worked well. That said, it was not intuitive how the bags fit in the wrap; no mention of the hook and eye compartments on the inside (Yes, you can squeeze them through the hole on top!). And if this is your idea of "one size fits most", most of your acquaintances must have at least a 48" chest! So you get high makes for functionality but low marks for ease of use and lack of assembly directions. I have several McDavid products and this is the first one that has not met expectations.
