I like it.
I am a caregiver for a person who is incontinent. This pillow is soft and comfortable. It is not a fluffy pillow which is fine for our needs. Pillow is easy to wipe down, and santitize. I do put a pillow case on it. I just don't want to be washing pillows all the time. Saves time. I like it.

This pillow fits all my requirements: it's big enough, it's easy to clean because of its vinyl covering, and it's comfortable.

Pillow for patients
I didnt know that this was a medical pillow. Im sure its fine for a hospital patient but I was buying it for a fancy sham. There was not enough filler to make the sham stand up. I was ordering based on size and didnt notice that this pillow is more for hospitals or patients. Your customer people are very nice and professional.

The pillow Is reusable, waterproof and easily to keep clean but the quality wasn't so great therefore I returned the merchandise.
