love it
I have been taking for about a month now. The first thing I noticed was that my feet stopped tingling. Then I noticed that my anxiety has steadily decreased. Then I noticed a lighter mood.

I have had a problem with ridges on my nails and awful splitting and peeling for the last 45 years. Finally, at 75, this stuff has really helped! My nails are much better and much easier to take care of.
