I was able to get a lower dose so I can increase slowly. It can effect your sleep but I feel so much better

Expired Product and Poor Customer Service!
Expired Product and currently on week 2 of waiting for Refund! It wont let me post a pic of expired product or i would but it expired in July of 2022 and I just ordered it! So its been sitting there no telling how long before they shipped it to me, now i cant even get my money back to order more of my necessary vitamins for Mthfr from somewhere else.
