MD Sports Kickboxing Trainer

MD sports brand heavy duty kickboxing trainer. I have to say I'm more impressed with this than I thought I would be since it is inflatable. First let me say, if you have an air compressor, set up is super quick. We got this for our kids who are in martial arts to help them with their punching and kicking, but to also just give them an energy outlet when playing outside is not an option. We were impressed with how thick the plastic is and the base is very nice and thick. This is a really fun trainer, even if you just want some other option for exercise or getting energy out. On the main body of these trainer are big white dots inside of a green circle, and those white dots will actually light up red when you are supposed to hit that particular target. This is really neat. The electronic score does talk and has sound effects. So, when you hit or kick one of the lighted targets, and a very well understood voice will talk and make sounds, which makes it extra fun. My husband said it reminded him of the game street fighter. My daughter likes this because you can set the time, the intensity, which will make it go slower or faster, and there's three different games. You can work on just punching, just kicking, or kicking and punching. This is 70 in tall so my kids and my husband can all use it, and because of its various game modes and fun sound effects, this definitely makes it something that they use more often and at the price I am extremely impressed. The quality & value make it well worth it. I would buy it over again and wouldn't hesitate to give this as a gift. This is a lot more heavy duty than I thought it would be, even though it says heavy duty doesn't mean it always is. It still does move around when you hit or kick it but it bounces right back to place so you don't want to have it up against the wall, more in the center of the room would be appropriate or a couple feet away from a wall. Set up was really easy.. instructions were easy to follow.. you put some water in the base with a little bit of air, so we just used our air compressor. Although the instructions say to put water in first, we actually put a little bit of air in first to expand the base to allow easier water fill. We are super impressed with this, and my kids use it all the time. This includes a patch if you ever need to use it, so far I have not had to, since my kids play with it without shoes on that probably helps. Highly recommend! super fun!

We have had a couple of pump up punching bags. This one is particularly good. The plastic feels thicker and it stands up better.It is the first time we have had one with an integrated, interactive light up game. speed and sound are adjustable. We really like it.

Pretty cool boxing bag. It has targets that light up and make sound. There is different little games, and timers. Really good work out. Easy assembly.

It's perfect for starting out and to see if a kickboxing/punching routine is really what you want and really something you'll stick with. It's a lot of fun punching things great HIIT workout and a great choice, especially when comparing hanging sandbags and spending hundreds of dollars. I don't care for the electronics and voice commands. It's annoying and distracting and so high pitched loud. I just listen to music and do my own sets. I think there's a mute but I didn't find this feature too helpful. Do buy some light/yoga gloves. Material seemed to dry out the skin on the back of the hands.

I have three kids in karate (ages 13, 12 and 5) plus my husband is in the Army so this thing gets hit & kicked a LOT. It’s held up so well! We’ve purchased a few others that quickly broke/deflated but not this one. It’s going to last us a long time!

Just hate that you gotta fill it up woth water to keep it from moving. But it is awesome! My kids love it.

This is an inflatable kickboxing game. It comes with the base, the bag, and the  control. This is a good way to stay in shape. It's lightweight so it can be moved around. I have not used this for an extended period of time yet so I cannot say how durable it is. Overall it creates an interesting workout. 4 out of 5 stars

aeasy to set up but deflated within a month of use. They do provide a patch, but we just haven't gone through the work of finding where the leak is happening yet.

didn't stay inflated long, I thought the first one i got had a hole in it, so i returned it and received another one, but that one deflated just as the first one did. I love Walmart, but some things just aren't meant for online ordering

This thing is sick other then the fact that it came out the box with more pin holes then a pin cushion , i set it all up and fill it with water like it recommended cuz i wanted to surprise my son with it in the morning but instead I get the surprise of this giant limp Johnson of a punching bag that has piddled all over my living room , turning my downstairs into the bottom level on the titanic luckily no body had drowned and there was room on the coffee table for me my wife and kids to float to the kitchen safely
