For the purpose we needed, the price point was excellent. The quality was also excellent for this price.

Two Conversion tops were delivered. Only ordered one. However, when I contacted an agent to see how to return the extra product, I was told that I had not been charged for the second product. I asked how to return it, and he thanked me for my honesty and advised me to donate it, so I donated the second /extra topper, to an organization who will use the item for an auction/fundraiser. We love the topper and find it to be well-designed and sturdy.

This topper arrived well packaged and protected. The table does need support in the center because it will sag in the center if not supported on the pool table. I imagine that every table is different so not sure how to standardize this support - possibly some foam wedges that could be taped together at the right height or a pool noodle cut to the right height

After installing the hinges and pads, you have to stand the half table on the edge like an A to unfold it on to the dining table, scratching it easily. So i decided to take off all the hinges and pads and just place the 4 sections directly on the dining table. It was very easy to handle each piece separately. No matter how hard you hit the ball, the table sections will not move unless you bump into it or push it. Being just ½”thick, the bounce was not up to standard but close enough. The net is ½” too low and 6” too short of each side. BUT overall, for the price of a piece of plywood, this is a great deal. I like it that the 4 separate panels need very little space to be stored in your closet of under your bed when not in use.

It was either clearly a reboxed and seld again or the supplier did not take the time to either inspect the item bofore packaging or they just did take the time to package the item carefully enuff to not scratch the top of the playing surface and the table itself. :(

the tabe top arrived damaged. i don't know next steps. its very heavy and looks like it was dropped. this is a gift so please let me know what i need to do.

Warped. After putting it together and go to the pool table and it was heavy two pieces do not come together even one half was warped in the middle. Had to bring it back.

You advertise 4 pieces but then I had to assemble it into 2 pieces which makes it very hard to put on and take off! Absolutely stupid design!
