Me kids 10" Learning Tablet Google Kids Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to gift my son a tablet for his birthday/christmas and had picked one out that was another brand. The other brand was smaller, didn't have a kickstand sleeve and had a smaller memory. I saw that this tablet was a Google/Android product and jumped to get it! I have an android phone and have always been very happy with the ease of use and quality of their products. My son's birthday was 2 days ago. I opened it to charge it before I wrapped it and loved that it only needed 2 hours to be fully charged as i was on a time crunch. I found that this tablet was very easy to set up. I love that it uses Family Link and I can costumize it. He can't download anything without my approval and I can set the age level of content suggestions. He's in pre-k and they have access to tablets so I was very happy to see familiar apps that he likes. Unlike the schools tablet, this tablet is easier for us to navigate, i love that it is specifically geared towards kids, and the ability to create an avitar is just fun. I also love the there's a kickstand on the silicone sleeve case so he can watch videos, tutorials, or even draw like it's an easel. This is going to come in handy during school breaks and when we have to travel for doctors appointments out of state. I feel like it's a product that will grow with him and also be extremely durable. I'm extremely happy with it, and so is he!

Immediately I love the feature of the shatterproof screen and silicone bumper case. My kids are 4 and 10 and they loved downloading and playing games. It was super easy to set up! This is great for traveling and long car rides!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blown away !! I set this tablet up for my 2 year old and I was super excited to see everything it had in store. Set up was extremely easy if you have basic understanding of technology and it was ready to go for him in 10 mins max I love the variety of apps that you can install all kid friendly and to the child's interest as it has them pick 3 from the start. Love the amount of control I have as a parent to what can and cant be used also restricting time on and off The colors are vibrant the speakers play at perfect volume and the tablet overall is very responsive. The included case with the stand is great and will make this tablet kid proof. Came well packaged with included charger and outlet box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took about ten minutes to get the tablet set up. I love that it came charged and ready for use right out the box , a huge plus. I also like that it gives you options to set times for use and times when you can't use it. I feel like the case it came with definitely could be a better material in terms of protection. My toddler barely let me set it up before he ripped it out of my hands lol. Now he can leave my iPad in peace before it's in pieces.

My 4 yr old carries it around everywhere for 2 weeks, till he dropped it and the screen literally shattered, so it's Definitely not kids proof like it claimed. It has a good amount of storage and a big screen, but was still the perfect size for his little hands. I will be buying him a similar one for Christmas since he broke this one lol

My husband cannot stand the interface of the Fire so we were excited to try out the Google Kids Space. So far it is easier to use. I still don't think it is kid friendly enough, but I'm still getting it set up and so far it is an improvement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kid have good experience with this tablet, parent can keep track of everything the kid play or learn from every app bc the tablet asks for parent's permission before downloading. Great point to keep your child safe from social media.

My 8 year old and I sat down together and set the device up I love how they have a wide range of detailed parental controls available to curate it towards each individual child, and it was super easy for me and it has the kids personalize their profiles with their likes and all! Great size screen at 10.1 inches perfect for on the go viewing, and the fact you can have multiple profiles per kid is fantastic so my oldest isn't limited to the same restrictions as the youngest. Comes with a case to help keep it safe from the roughness that comes with kids lol and a stand on it to pop it up. Great memory space available with a memory card slot to expand on it. Overall this was a great gift for my 8 year old with tons of learning apps available and would be great for any of my younger nieces or nephews 😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a buggy startup we reset it and left it on charge overnight before setting it up. After initial set up, it seems to run good. battery life is adequate for a road trip. 11 year old reverted back to his regular (high $) tablet after just a bit but this one is a great hit with the 6 year old. My only real concern is the charging port - it's a bit sloppy and I'm afraid even just a bit of abuse will render it damaged. But again, a good product for the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest kids that set so used to iPad they won't go with this , but if your kids are little from age 5-7, this is good enough . I'll be honest here: Pros: good size , screen is big enough. Very easy to operate. It has the kickstand that helps when watching movie . MicroSD slot for extra memory . It has camera for photos and videos . Pictures are clear and shape. Rubber case is in good quality, stretchy and easy to put on , protect tablet from being dropped, slipped . Cons: the product I received might have a malfunction software issue cuz the camera view window is always on a sideway doesn't matter how I turn the tablet . Overall this would be a great gift for younger kids , would help parents a lot on teaching basic skills, on a travel trip.
