Absolutely. Live this milk. The taste reminds me of the old milkman delivery in the glass bottles. It also has a very long shelf life. Usually it expires about 1 month from purchase. The quickest I've seen is 2 weeks. It does cost a little more but we'll worth it.

Ultra-Pasteurized Milk Keeps For 30 to 90 Days!
I am surprised how long this milk lasted in the refrigerator! I don't drink milk. I do cook with milk and I frequently have to throw out milk that I haven't used in baking. The last time I went shopping I purchased Meadow Gold Ultra-Pasteurized Whole Milk in a quart. When I was ready to use the milk I checked the use by date and was shocked to see it was good for another two months! I did a little research and found out the following: Ultra-pasteurized milk would be considered a sterile product if it was canned or otherwise hermetically sealed. All of this means that, when properly refrigerated, ultra-pasteurized milk can last from 30 to 90 days after processing and before the container is opened. It was also noted that some people didn't like the flavor of Ultra-pasteurized milk. I used it to make a Mozzarella Chicken Mushroom casserole. It turned out great. You can't even taste the milk. (The recipe also used Sour-cream and Heavy Cream.) I hope this information helps others who like to bake and don't always have milk on hand because it has gone bad.

Worth
Being a single family household it is often difficult to find a carton of milk that actually keeps.It was such a refreshing surprise.If you use milk slowly this might be the one for you.I am so glad I found this at my local Walmart.

Tastes great and stays fresh
I love that this milk stays fresh for so long in our fridge. We don't drink much milk any more, but we always like to have some at hand. I hope in the future the prices will come down and more dairy can be processed like this.

Good, but pricey
I purchased this milk because it is ultra pasteurized. I've had it a couple of weeks, and it is still completely fresh. A little pricey!
