Measuring Cups - Teardrop (Set of 5)

I really like these measuring spoons and hope to have them forever. I've ordered several cooking items besides these measuring spoons from RSVP before, and for me they offer by far the best quality for the money. These are all stainless steel, with stamped markings (not engraved or printed...so it won't come off), and these should last an eternity. These are just as good as Sur Le Table measuring spoons (which cost twice as much) and better than Oxo measuring spoons. I'm a BIFL enthusiast and these fit the bill.

Happy with the purchase of this measuring spoon - fits into my spice jars, and does not have welded parts which can get rusty!

I can't comment on accuracy, I mean, how to tell without a verified true measure to compare against?! When I see people comment about accuracy, I always wonder how they determine that, lol. But I do like the size and shape of these spoons. A small/mini silicone/rubber scrapper/spatula fits right in to scrape out the last little bit of whatever goop you're trying to get out, even in the smallest one (you'll just get the tip in, but I have one that is perfect). Should be noted that while the bowl of the spoons are quite attractive to magnets, the "handle" does not seem to be attractive at all. The only visible difference is that the bowl seems to be about half as thick as the metal of the handle. I'm unsure as to why this might be and am not sure I like this aspect. The text on the spoons is laser etched (verified under a jewelry loupe, so it almost seems painted on (very, very shallow etching), but it is not - and should never go missing like paint might after repeated use and washings. All but the tablespoon fit into both Spice Island and McCormick jars. Not sure what-else I might say about these. A bit on the pricey side for spoons, yes, but they are pretty spoons and serve their purpose well.

Cute. Works well. Not sure if I may prefer longer handles, but none were offer when I ordered. Dexterily, the larger handle may be easier to balance. Made from all one smooth molding was important to me. Not just having the handles attatched. Attatchments can have a tendency to wear over time.
