Meater Pro Wireless Meat Thermometer

So far, we are very satisfied with our new MEATER Pro. We bought it because we were so impressed with the one our friends own - and we have not been disappointed. I particularly like the ‘remove from heat’ notification and the resting time indicator. And we haven’t had an under-or overdone meat entree since buying it!

I got this just in time for Thanksgiving and am sure glad I did! Boy did this make it so I could do more than one thing at a time, focus on side Sides rule thanksgiving. That being said - getting this just before thanksgiving was a lifesaver. It allowed me have peace of mind that my turkey would be perfect and focus on making my sides and spending time with my family catching up. Without a doubt a must have for every kitchen and outdoor cooking space! Thank you MEATER!!!

This is my second item. These work very well, up to 450 F. When fixing steaks on the grill, it is really better to leave the probe out until the searing process is done, as the internal temperature of the BBQ can get well over 500 F for a period. i then insert the probe and finish the meat with a lower temperature.

Gave it to my husband for his birthday. Within a week we had NY strip steaks and smoked beef brisket. The MEATER was great and we had the best medium rare steaks and smoked beef brisket.

This was a gift for my son who asked for all 3 items for Christmas. He is an excellent grill master and know he is looking forward to start grilling once it is warmer.

I have a first gen MEATER that I love but the new MEATER pro surpassed it by a long shot the long range gives the ability to sit and watch tv while it’s cooking out side on the smoker/grill and as expected the meat came out perfectly and I could monitor the whole process

I had the old version of the MEATER+ for years, but I dropped the charger case one too many times. My new MEATER is a great improvement over an already great product! The battery life is much improved, temperature is measured to within a tenth of a degree, and the maximum ambient temperature is now beyond any temperature I will ever use. All at a very similar price, although I can’t really remember what I paid for either of them. Both were worth what I paid, but the new MEATER is just an all round better product.

I tried it for the first time on Christmas for the standing rib roast and it worked great. The estimated time was very helpful in planning everything out. The one thing that was a slight issue was when I hac to run out and lost connection. No deal breaker but that was the only issue that I had.

I love the features this offers. The cook time estimate for each cut of meat it great! The one downfall, with the lid on my Dutch oven in the oven, the thermometer disconnected. In the oven with no lid worked ok!

I used it for the first time last week, it disconnected from the app several times while using it and I had to close the app and reopen to get the temperature to report the information I needed. My old MEATER, more basic model has never disconnected.
