Med Pride Kinesiology Athletic Tape, Blue - Latex-Free Uncut Muscle & Sport Tape Roll

It's just as good as the "gold" famous brand, but costs way less. It has the same wavy adhesive as that one and stays on the same and as long. I have both. They're the same. The gold is what my PT uses, but I decided to try this. This comes in a roll that's easy to cut. Don't buy the precut; it's a waste of moolah. There are lines on the back that show you where to cut. It doesn't come off in the shower, but is easy to remove in the shower, if you want Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, but a patient with lipedema and lymphedema. I don't know if this helps with ailments. I use it the way PT taught me. There are Certified Lymphedema Therapists at Ascension St. John Tulsa.

This product solved my wrist problem. I work out now and forgot I even had a problem. I would recommend one of the best products out there for body pain.

The husband recommend it. He feels comfortable while using it. It helps with his knee problem.

Provides decent support. Need to be careful when applying it to upfront body because the end sometimes touch and stick together.

Works okay and is less expensive than other tapes however it is pretty thin and flimsy but worked for what I needed it for.

love the color but unfortunately doesn't sick very well and stretches very easily so doesn't support well

Do not stay secured for long!

I'm not very satisfied with this product bc the consistent adhesion to the skin is poor. The ends lift off and keeping it attached to your skin is an ongoing issue. It does seem to do ok in the shower. I haven't swam with it yet. What little does manage to stay on does help my knee on which I blew out stepping up and down on a ladder. I'm not sure if I've applied the tape right on the second attempt but if I can manage to keep my knee from hurting I'll be ok until I get to the PT. I personally would not recommend this product.
