this tools for the ear cleared the obstruction and gradually was able to get my hearing back. Just use it gently, slowly. this metal small scoop is very good, do not use ear cotton tips nor any circular tool which just pushes the wax inside and may damage your eardrum. Saved me a trip to the doctor, before using this i was literally almost deaf!

this was perfect for cleaning my sons ears. would definitely buy this again. the case it great for keeping it all organized. definitely would recommend for adults.
