If u are buying this because u cant hear, know this. The product falls out of the ears constantly. I bought them for tinnitus, so its not that big of a deal;however,,it is constantly falling out of my ears! I dont recommend them!

You Get What You Pay For...one is still working...
The hearing aids did NOT have the setting/button to change the environment setting. One aid would not stay on the ear due to wearing glasses. One of the hearing aids stopped working after four days. The remaining aid is still working after one week of use so I am hopeful it will continue to work for my elderly Mother. The price was really great and better than what a single hearing aid would have cost. Another bonus was not having to purchase from Amazon!

I dont like them at all. If I have a/c on or a fan that is all I hear. It didnt help me at all.

TERRIBLE, NEVER WORKED. I WASTED 40 ON BATTERIES FOR THESE!! DO NOT BUY, THEY DO NOT WORK AT ALL!
