Must have!
Good simple little kit. I've gone through points in life where I have lost weight far too quickly and unintentionally making details matter where composition really matters. I like to know particularly now as I am getting older (nearing mid 40's) what is actually measurable. Same time everyday, same spot for calipers, keep notes for measurement's. Also good to have a soft tape measure around sometimes!

Excellent!
It amazed me of how accurate it was of measuring my body fat. Plus the measuring tape made it easier for me to measure the areas of my arms and legs
