Excellent product my ears have gotten worse. Has nothing to do with the product. It's just my hearing is getting worse than me having such a good Hearing Aid doesn't even provide me with any Hearing. It's basically my hearing loss per my doctor so I felt that if I got something like this, I'd be able to use it and have no problem, but it really isn't giving me any type of sound because my ears are completely diminishing and 90 years old.

Medica Hearing Amplifiers
The batteries went out fast. I will try different batteries to see if it helps. It does amplify sound. I would order other LR754 batteries along with this if you order this.

Poor quality sound as well as microphone cord to ear was far too short. Could not use it sound was Timmy poor quality sound as well as microphone cord to ear was far too short. Could not use it sound was Tiny. Perhaps one gets what they pay for. Will return it.

when you turn them on its complete echo.. no matter what ear sounds like sound is coming from a distance in your ear. its not a clear sound but you can hear with it but sounds like a speaker phone in your ear . trying to listen to tv its very low and not worth it but listening to someone talk you can hear with the echo which is annoying.

Not Good
I bought these for my daughter because her aids are in the office for repair, she complained about the bulkyness of it in her ear. One stopped working last week and today the other one has stopped working effectively. Yes I purchased them for her temporarily but they didn't last for her aids to get out of the shop.

Don't waste your time not worth the money. Batteries were in pieces and one of the switches that change the volume didn't work right.
