Its nice that they work and knob to adjust them is solid and easy to use

Have only had aids a little over one week but they are working as well as the more expensive ones I have had in the past. Would highly recommend them and you can't beat the price.

I am very pleased with the initial results of this product. I have used another brand for years and these are far superior. Time will tell how well they stand up. The company invites you to register the product on their website but unable to create an account. Message says you are locked out before account is created. Product arrived within time period promised and the price is right. Would recommend.

The Hearing Amplifier is a good volume boost but needs to be set before you get into the car to drive somewhere. The feedback when inserting the unit into the ear is annoying. The most significant problem is the volume adjustment. It appears larger and looks easy to adjust but it's not possible to adjust with the tool provided. Fortunately I have a screw drive set that includes a wider blade , enough to fit the adjustment screw. That a 2 person job. My wife can see the slot in the adjustment screw and guides me into the screw. It's a tedious job and adjusting the volume to fit ones needs is by trial and error. I've been adjusting fof several days now and have not found the rightg volume level for myself.

Got delivered early and since I need hearing aids to function normally I was pleased. No initial issues, although no mode options, volume level and sound quality are great. And then, suddenly, it stopped working. I barely got any use out of it. I dont expect a long life span given the price but i waited on the delivery longer than it lasted, bruh...

These were a bday present to my hubby and he was so tickled he could finally hear the TV and I was happy that I didn't have to turn the TV up loud and wind up with a headache. but now I have a new headache. We just recieved them today and they have already stopped working. put new batteries in them and nothing. I picked these because of all the good reviews. So here is your first bad one..I will be asking for a REFUND.

it's not the same model as shown on Advertising picture volume is really low than other hearing aids I have had over the counter I would not recommend Mecca

I bought a similar pair in 12/2025, they lasted 71/2 months, the right aid stopped working. So I bought the MEDca issue, not rechargeable, large, whistling, the promised adjustments were minimal, when a battery dies, you go without hearing. The worst part, I was sent (2) tiny screw drivers which meant any change in your environment, from loud to quiet would mean you'd have to stop everything and adjust each aid to suit your location. That friends is 'Stone Age', I returned them for another brand elsewhere. I never walk away from Walmart on anything, I try to make it all work, but this couldn't do a thing with it.
