Amplifies well but needs work on charger
Works well as an amplifier, but wish the charging device was not as tempermental....have to coax the earpiece into the slot several times to get it to charge properly.

These aren't modern hearing aids. They are amps
Nice that they come with their own cable and charger stand. The sound quality is flat amplification and the static input noise is perfect for my tinnitus these help me not get fired for not hearing while the va insists real modern high tech and expensive hearing aids of higher quality are "not medically necessary" despite me having been fired multiple times for vague "performance" issues.

I purchased them for my husband. He says that they hurt his ears. They make a high pitch noise that you can all over the house . He doesn't like wearing them

Work just fine but definitely bulky made. Very large and tubes are heavy plastic I only bought to use while repairs are made to my regular hearing aids enclosed a picture comparing the two

Ear amplifiers that will make you nuts.
In one ear there was a constant hiss, in the other a loud squeal. not easy to change volume. Made me nuts. I could not deal with it any more.
