Great value
They are a little big and stick out of the ear but overall they work perfectly and are easy to use. Great value when you don't have insurance coverage for hearing aids.

Seriously good hearing aid.
These are GREAT low cost hearing aids! I bought a pair for close to $300 and feel these have a better sound quality. They are comfortable and the only caveat is they protrude from the ear a little more. Luckily my hair covers it mostly. EXTREMELY easy to use and adjust to.

Quality
Finally found one that works. I tried several different amplifiers and none had the sound quality like this one. Although very small on/off and volume control makes it difficult to use, I would buy again.

They don't stay in your ear and the noise that comes through isn't clear at all.

This product should be dropped.
This product should be dropped. It doesn't fit well in the ear. This is a very bad product. I would never send my money on this ear amp.
