Love my hearing amplifiers but you didnt send all the parts Missing one ubs wire and one adapter for charging. I have wrote two request. Please send missing parts Thanks Gerald Winfrey. 816 806 1788

I have a hearing loss of 70% in one ear and 30% in the other. I tried these and they work very well, I adjust the volume on each to suit my hearing needs. I leave the volume that works best and don't change it. So when I place them in the charging unit and use them in my preset volume so I don't have to adjust them. Best option then a hearing aid that cost $500 and up to $1500.... This is a no brainer and the double pack of these is a great bargain and improved my hearing tremendously. I ordered a single unit just in case I loose one or drop it and step on it. I can't say enough praise on this product...

i am almost fully deaf in one ear but my other ear i need a hearing aid so i got one and i work a full time job this helps so much i can hear again so i got me a 2nd one if something happens with my first sets so 5 stars from me

Very large and bulky. Uses a thick battery. It's just an amplifier that wouldn't adjust even though it's supposed to be adjustable. It you just need louder these work. If you need filtering look elsewhere.

This amplifier produced a lot of static and high pitch noise. The first charge took about either hours, the second charge never finished. This item be returned to the store for a refund.

I hate this hearing aid, you hear every noise which distraction.
