Purchase this for my mom after purchasing so many other hearing aids. She's really happy with this one all the rest of them. She had a problem with the other ones hurt her ears, but this one is idea for her. It has so many sizes to fit inside your ear. She complained about all the other ones, but this one she's really happy with it finally

Will reorder
I couldn't rate the product because it never came. My dad had one before and really liked it. We were saddened it didn't arrive but the company refunded our money.

High recommendation
I highly recommend this little battery-operated amplifier. I have trouble hearing people's voices even when someone is sitting right next to me. This amplifier with its ear buds is just what I needed to be able to hear clearer. It is easy to use. It is much easier than hearing aids
