personally I have very small ears and it's hard to use it for me. however the sound is clear and easy to use. I just wish it was smaller for my size.

Depletes batteries quickly
Works and fits well but goes through batteries quickly.

Device does not work. My mother needed a new one as her older one died. No matter how many new batteries I tried, it does not work. Now we are stuck with it because I don't have a printer to print out a return label nor do I have transportation to take it to the store.
