This pillow combination helped my husband breathe easier at night and stopped his heavy breathing/pre sleep apnea phase. Granted, we believe it mainly was from his obesity but it helped BOTH of us sleep peacefully until he dropped the weight off his chest.

I love my medicline. It goes ever with me. I wish they weren't so expensive. But worth every dollar.  Sorry my pictures are a little rough. But that's because it's well used.

I am stomach sleeper so adapting to this type of pillow is super challenging. I do need it for my acid reflux but after several months can only use it for a 4 or 5 hours before I push it off the bed (no easy task) and revert back to my other pillows. It does tend to get very hot too, the fabric is soft but heavy. I probably need to sew some alternative pillow cases in a lighter fabric for the hot Florida summers.

This body pillow does take up a lot of room so have a really big bed. It's great for the body part but the head part it ok. I would recommend on getting the pillow inside as well. I'm still using it as I think it's better for my kneck and shoulders by just a little bit. 

Just to prove I'm not some bot, I'll add a teeny downside. It takes a little time to adjust to a pillow that tries to get you to sleep in the position it does.  Gravity is working against you. I have to make sure I am on the top part of the pillow. This involves a little “shimmy” to the top. Small price to pay for vanishing shoulder pain. I got the hang of it three nights in and will never go back to normie pillows. 

I bought the whole system. But bed partner and I cuddle so it's difficult to do when using the wedge. Shoulder pain is better now so I only use the body pillow which helps keep me off my back to help with Sleep Apnea. Highly recommend this product! I will buy another pillow when the time comes.

I went on a quick weekend trip with some friends, and would usually just pack a small carry-on bag. This time, I got my big suitcase and checked it (!!!!) so that I could bring my pillow. Bonkers, right?! But I'm pretty obsessed with it. Literally the most comfortable position I've ever been in. My poor dog is upset at not being able to cuddle up right next to me, and tries to weasel in between the pillow and m body. But I'm not going back to regular square pillows, I'm just not. 

You don't lay on it you get in it! And if you want to roll over, you better plan ahead! But worked good, my arm didn't fall asleep!

Extremely uncomfortable, the case/cover will mot stay on, it is lumpy. I am returning it.
