Comes with instructions which was helpful. I successfully assembled it myself. Had an issue with the rain flap piece not aligning with the holes as directed. New holes had to be drilled. Not a big deal but it's frustrating being nearly finished and the having this issue.
Wood is okay, nothing special and there are several joints where drafts and rain can enter the coop. I will have to address these gaps with some type of non-toxic filler.
All in all, it's not bad for the money. I wouldn't buy another one because of the oversights listed herein. One last thing, the screws provided are extremely soft metal and will strip out easily. Better off screwing them manually. Get a longer screwdriver as some accesses are limited.
Oh, and the weather-resistant cover for the run is cheap. One good thunderstorm and it will be in tatters. I plan to remedy this by substituting a heavy duty tarp.
