I honestly have no idea how I survived without this pump. I can easily get 5 oz in 10 minutes or less, Haaka WHO? It’s comfortable, easy to use, easy to clean, and honestly it’s my favorite thing right now, especially for those late night/early morning feeds; have baby on one side and this dude on the other and there you go.

Even if you already have an electric breast pump, a manual one can be very handy in many situations. I like the Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump because it’s easy to use, simple to clean, doesn’t have too many parts, and is fast to put together. The handle on the manual pump is very comfortable and easy to push, so my hand doesn’t get tired while pumping. It’s also lightweight, which makes it even easier to use. This pump also doesn’t make a lot of noise during use. The pump comes with a medium-sized oval flange (24 mm), which works well for me, but you can also buy other sizes (21 mm, 27 mm, or 30 mm) to get the perfect fit. I always make sure all parts are dry before I start, and the suction is strong but still gentle and comfortable. It doesn’t hurt or cause discomfort while pumping. It mimics a baby’s rhythm—quick at the beginning and then slower—which is perfect for breastfeeding moms. The pump can also be used in the stimulation phase, it has a fast pumping rhythm to stimulate the milk ejection reflex and start milk flowing. The packaging also includes four 7 oz breast milk storage bags, which is a nice opportunity to try them. All the parts are high quality, and the plastic parts feel sturdy. It’s dishwasher safe and easy to assemble. I also like the design—it’s very nice, and the soft yellow color is pretty. I use this pump more than I expected. Not only at home, but I also carry it in my diaper bag when I’m out for the day. I’ve even used it in the car while my husband is driving. I’m sure it will work really well for traveling too.

I love the suction of the pump. I like the portability I can fit everything in in the diaper bag. I like the breast milk storage bags that can be ziplock sealed. Cleaning is easy I wash regularly with soap and a rag.

It’s perfect for on the go pumping, travel, or keeping at my bedside. Another huge plus is that there aren’t a lot of parts. It’s so simple compared to my electric pumper. Fewer pieces means less time washing and drying. The parts feel durable and good quality, and fit together easily without any confusion, the auction is surprisingly strong for a manual pump, but still very comfortable. I like that I can control the rhythm and pressure myself. The handle is easy to squeeze and doesn’t make my had sore. I’d definitely recommend.

Ok, so bought this as it has the best reviews and is rated one of the best pumps. However the only issue with it is the Itty bitty O-ring that is needed to keep suction. It starts to tear almost immediately. Went to go use my pump and low and behold it wouldn't work and I knew why because of reviews. Went into panic mode and got my husband who is a mechanic and happened to have his service truck home. I was hoping he might have the size I need but he didn't. However he loomed at it and said it isn't broke. He then suggested I put some oil on it, so I did as he said and put some vegetable oil on it. Pump is back in business. Overall I am happy with the pump and would buy again.

It was my first time using one of these, and I was slightly confused. It didn't work as wonderfully as I was hoping it would. I was having issues with the handle popping off. I love the mobility of it and versatility, but I personally prefer the hands-free aspect of an electric pump. Many moms swear by this product, so I do think it's great to give it a try yourself! It would be perfect for needing something in a pinch or traveling. It makes no noise, there arent too many components to worry about, and very little maintenance. It does have it's perks.

Medela has always been a valuable brand at a low cost. This pump is safe to use and very hygienic, easy to clean. I did not get much of a yield of breastmilk due to the intensity upon pumping. It actually hurt me a little bit. I am very sensitive, and attempted to pump a little bit more lightly, but the pain persisted. So, if you are a breast-feeding, mom, just be aware that this might be a little bit too intense. I attempted to do any and everything to make it feel more light, but unfortunately, I was unable to. I’m still very glad to have this on hand, but I don’t see myself using it on a regular basis due to the discomfort.

It was very effective and easy to use the first several uses. Even faster than my wall pump at times. Now I’ve had it for a month and the suction breaks as soon as I press the handle. There’s a silicone insert just underneath that pops out of place instead of causing suction, it didn’t last long at all. Overall the fit is good and it was only $24 but the suction keeps failing and I have to keep checking it and adjusting it now.

I already have a Eufy breast pump, so this Medela pump was rarely used. Even with very minimal use, the product became damaged within just two months, which is extremely disappointing. When I tried to return it, Walmart refused to accept it, which made the experience even worse. To add to that, I later found the same item being sold at other stores for a much lower price. Overall, poor quality and poor value for the money.
