Wife love's it uses it to pump every day on her lunch. The pump allows her the freedom to not be near a plug and in more private areas. Battery life seems to be about four bottles.
Seems like a good pump, Medela is my go to for breastfeeding essentials. The pump is as big as my whole hand, I'll probably carry it on a lanyard around my neck. I wonder how this pump would do with the hands free collection cups
It's good pump I recommend it 100 % the good you can move around the house it doesn't have to stuck to the wall once your medela motor charge you good to go that help me increase my milk supply Use to pump 2 ounces now I'm doing 4/5 ounces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mother of two, and have tried many pumps during my breastfeeding journey. I was given this breast pump to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and let me say that it is AWESOME. Here is my assessment: Pros: - Portability: It is so much smaller than my other "portable" pump, allowing me more freedom to multitask while pumping - Efficiency: I found this pump to be super efficient for the size. With the 2 phase expression technology, I was able to express the same amount of milk as my other pump in ~75% of the time - Quiet: Compared to other pumps I've tried, I found it to be fairly quiet - Easy to clean: I love that it's a closed system (so the milk doesn't enter the tubing or pump) and that all the parts are dishwasher safe. I found the parts easy to assemble/disassemble for cleaning - Bluetooth connectivity: This pump can connect to the Medela app via Bluetooth, which allows you to keep track of your pumping sessions on your phone. I only pump 1-2 times a day, so this wasn't a big deal for me, but I could see it being really useful for exclusive pumpers - Convenient Accessories: I really appreciated that it came with a (super-cute) backpack so I could bring this pump with me when I travel Cons: - My only complaint (and it is a small one) is that I had to purchase additional flanges because it only comes with 21 and 24mm size flanges and I needed the 27mm size to pump more comfortably and effectively. It would be nice to be able to choose which size flange you need when purchasing Overall, this pump is awesome and I would recommend it to any nursing mom who needs a powerful, portable, and easy to use pump.
So far I really like the Medela swing double breast pump. The pump pressure is sufficient with the different levels that it offers. I like that it's portable and easy to take with me. The bag it comes from is good and just fits everything. I ordered 3 extra bottles and they just fit in the bag as well. Would be nice if the vacuum lines were a bit longer. I've used it 3 times over a 2 week period and it's held a charge and haven't had to charge it yet. Overall it's a great pump I would highly recommend.
I loved it at first but it only lasted four months before it broke.
I did by this instore on clearance, so maybe i just got a old model. the positive. At first, I loved how portable it was and wasnt going to have to sit and pump. I have two older kids and now a baby and i just cant sit for 20min every 2-3hrs. the negative. but the motor died on it a week after use. we were also told that medela discontinued this model, so i am suprised to see it still on Walmart.com.
My pump battery went out after 7 months of use. Medela sent me a replacement and that one is no longer charging after only 4 months and it's making weird noises. I had a pump in style with my first child and it worked way better. The letdown cycle on this one is terrible. I have to unplug the tubing every few minutes because the milk collects in the flanges. Speaking of tubing, it's not sold in stores, nor are the replacement rubber parts. They tend to be out of stock online a lot too. I would pass on this pump and go for a pump in style.
As a first time Mom I wish I would never have gotten this pump. It has such low suction. I barely get anything out of it.
i bought this pump a while ago and now our baby was born. he was born early on June 1st and we began using it ever since June 3rd, and it completely died today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
