These fit much better and more naturally than those that came with the pump. It's also important to read about sizing and make sure to get the right size. I had to get a size smaller than those that come with the pump. Definitely getting a lot more expressed milk.

I have had the new personalfit flex breast sheilds for a little over a week now and I absolutely love them! There is no pain, no red marks. They fit over my breasts in a contour that allows for more efficient milk removal. I love everything about these flanges and I am considering purchasing another set. Highly recommend!!

I was skeptical about the claims that the shields help you produce more milk, but I found it to be completely true. I have tried using my old Medela shields versus these, and consistently get half an ounce more milk with my newborn! Now I just need to buy more of them!!

Just bought these sheilds and they are s perfect fit for me. They do not hurt or make me uncomfortable while pumping making it more enjoyable when I do have to pump.

I bought this in hopes that it would make pumping less painful. The first time I used it I was highly impressed. I felt no pain and I got more than I usually pumped in half the time. Definitely worth every penny!

I was doing my research on how I could pump faster and realized my models breast shield wasn't even the correct size! Then I saw this bad boys and decided to give it a go! I love them!

I bought a bigger flare size last week because I wasn't able to get adequate flow from the standard size that normally comes in kits. I'm able to pump so much more breastmilk now!! And having to exclusively pump to feed my child, that means the world to me! I've went from pumping only 3-4 oz at a feeding to pumping 6-7 oz at each feeding.

I bought these hoping they would be substantially better than the regular medela flanges, but my comfort and output are similar with both. Although it says these can go in the dishwasher top rack, after one cycle following those instructions the silicone edging warped. So they are more expensive, harder to care for, and not as durable.

These flanges are extremely comfortable, however, I did not experience more milk at all. In fact, I was getting 1 ounces LESS per pump session. Very disappointed.
