Finally caved and bought a second set and am so happy I did. I love having an extra set on the ready.

Great product it was exactly what I needed it. The problem was it took forever to get here.

They work fine but I think I got a broken one. The backing constantly comes off and I just snap it back in. Then the connecting ports to put the tubing where the air connector ports are doesn't fit properly. But it still works so I cant return it because I don't have time and am exclusively breastfeeding and need it. The best thing about this are the flexi-rimmed flanges. Way more comfortable than any other flanges.

I'm three weeks into pumping and can tell the membranes are getting weaker from frequent washes. Surprise surprise, there's no way to buy membranes on their own, only with the larger pieces that don't need to be replaced. I feel genuinely ripped off. Definitely not suggesting this product to any of my friends when they have babies.

These have a horrible design flaw to where the parts don't dry well between pumping sessions and cause mold/mildew. I pump every 4 hours. The pets soak for an hour in hot, soapy water and then I scrub and rinse them. They then dry on a dry rack. By the end of the day this is what happens. Mold/mildew buildup that my brush cannot get into the tiny little cracks of the part good enough to keep cleaned.

I have gone through two sets of these which are not cheap to just replace. The plastic that holds the hinge has snapped, which with that broken it doesn't hold the membrane in place and you cannot get good suction to pump. Being an exclusive pumping mom this is really crucial for me because I rely on pumping for milk. The medela is really not made for an exclusive pumping mom I have realized. So unfortunately now I will have to buy another set because I am pumping 8 times a day if not more.

Never showed up

The membranes for this pump need to be sold separately, as mentioned by several other reviews. It is wasteful and expensive to replace the entire connector as often as needed.
