Medela PersonalFit Flex Spare or Replacement Connectors

I like how easy these connectors are to clean and how few parts there are. However, I loath the fact it's a requirement to purchase the entire connector set when you need to replace your membranes, which is every couple of weeks to months (depending on schedule) for exclusive pumpers. Membranes are easily available for other pumps besides ones that use these connectors (Freestyle Flex and new Pump In Style Advance). Had I known these would cost so much for an exclusive pumper, I would have purchased a different pump and probably from a different company.

I hate these pieces! the suction is not great at all! I went from getting 9oz to getting 4 and a half oz after switching to these. I do not recommend them to anyone!

I was very happy with this product until my amount of milk I can pump dropped significantly. I believe I need new membranes and found out you can not buy them separately. Very disappointed! I need new membranes and refuse to buy the whole thing again. I now see that multiple people have said this is the reviews and they still have not done anything about it!

I am an active duty Soldier and really needed a chargeable pump. I have been using this pump with these connectors and I am very disappointed that amount of milk pumped has decreased. I am also disappointed that when the membranes go bad, which results in less milk expression, can't be covered by tricare because the entire connector needs to be replaced. I am now stuck with a pump that I am unable to get supplies for that my insurance would normally cover otherwise. Please fix this.

I am 6 1/2 weeks postpartum and am exclusively pumping and have 2 sets of connectors to make cleaning easier between pumps. I really like the pump but I am so frustrated that the suction has gone down and the only option to purchase additional membranes is to purchase an entire new set of connectors. It's wasteful and expensive if these need to be replaced regularly to keep up with suction. I am so disappointed and wish I had known this before purchasing as it would have discouraged me from purchasing the freestyle flex pump. This is something that Medela should explore in the very near future!

I'm really disappointed with this system. My baby was in the NICU for 4 months and I used the old system with the symphony and got 200+ mls with each pump. After my baby came home I purchased the new Pump in Style with this system and I am getting significantly less milk with each pump (100mls/pump). The suction isn't great. I end up having to hand express after pumping. I'm really disappointed

Functionality is great with easy cleaning BUT you need to purchase a whole set to get new membranes... Such a shame that a product for nurturing new lives is contributing to create more plastic waste for their future....Don't know why they are taking so long to start selling membrane replacement. I mean, they already have the product...

Connectors have to be purchaed every 6-8wks. Membranes should be available on their own. This is a very poorly thought out system.
